Mostly because he’s going head to head with his famed frenemy, Kanye West. Both Jay Z and Kanye have 21 Grammys to their names, so this year is pivotal for both of them. A source told HollywoodLife that “Beyonce feels like Jay is the greatest rapper of all time and it is time the world acknowledges”
