Meghan Markle ‘Badly Stressed’ Which Make Prince Harry Feeling Guilty!
A royal source has claimed that the Duchess of Sussex is struggling with the negative backlash
The source added that this is making Meghan feel stressed and Prince Harry is, in turn, feeling guilty.
The source compared Duchess Meghan’s treatment to that of Princess Diana in her early royal days
Prince Harry, who is very protective of his wife, feels he’s responsible for Meghan’s ‘unhappiness’ over a stream of negative rumors – after acknowledging that his late mother, Princess Diana, endured similar treatment before her death.
New reports claim that Meghan Markle is feeling “miserable” in her new role as the Duchess of Sussex while Prince Harry is “racked with guilt.” The report added that Meghan is finding it really hard to manage her pregnancy with dealing with the public backlash, as Prince Harry feels he’s responsible for failing to protect his wife from negativity.
All these treatments point to more comparisons between Meghan Markle and the late Princess Diana, who experts say endured the exact same negative backlash as Meghan when she first joined the royal family – up until her untimely death in 1997.
A source claimed last year that Prince Harry is overly-protective about his wife because “he couldn’t do the same for Princess Diana”.
While speaking to US Weekly, a royal insider stated:
“Meghan has so much on her plate, between being pregnant and dealing with the public backlash and she’s finding the whole situation incredibly stressful.”
The insider added:
“[Prince Harry is] very frustrated with how little can be done.
Keeping [Meghan] away from the negativity and harm has been hard for him. It’s been his purpose in their relationship to keep her away from the negativity.”
And remarking that the Duchess of Sussex was “morphing” into Diana, Melanie Bromley stated that Meghan is losing her voice. She said:
“Now she is a member of the Royal Family, she’s lost her voice and is not able to actually say “hey, Kate and I are not arguing every Sunday over our roast dinner”.”
Melanie continued:
“This is what Diana went through. Honestly, the similarities between what she’s going through and what Diana went through initially – before Diana became a saint in the press.
When Diana and Prince Charles first got married, it was terrible for Diana. And Meghan is going through the same thing.”
Last year, while talking about Prince Harry’s overprotectiveness over Meghan to The Sun, a royal insider said:
“It’s my opinion that Harry feels he couldn’t protect his mother, so he’s going all out to protect his wife. This is his way of atoning.”
Last week, when the Channel 5 documentary “Kate V Meghan: Princesses at War” was aired, Paul Burrell, Diana’s former butler, claimed that Buckingham Palace is like a ‘minefield’ for anyone new and compared the treatment Meghan has received to that experienced by Princess Diana. He said:
“Meghan has married into the most traditional family in the country, the royal family. How is she going to cope? Princess Diana was brought up in a house that was as big as Buckingham Palace, and even she was lost.”
