David Adefeso Talks To Fans About Buying Real Estate During These Times

It seems that David Adefeso continues the series of advice for fans about buying real estate. Check out the post that he shared on his social media account below. ‘Is It a Good Time to Buy Real Estate? Many people ask me whether or not it’s a good time to buy real estate. The answer? It depends. If you’re buying the real estate to live in — I.e. your home — then the answer is yes. It’s always a good time to buy a home, as long as you plan to live there for a while. After all, today’s low interest rates, the tax benefits from owning a home, and the money you save on rent could make buying a home worth it — even if you end up overpaying a little, which you probably will in this market,’ David began.

He continued and said: ‘But if you’re buying real estate as an investment, either as a quick flip or a long-term rental or Airbnb, then you need to listen to this because in this current inflated environment, caveat emptor (that’s Latin for Buyer Beware!). And don’t forget to click the link in my bio for the full episode.’
Someone said: ‘Being a commercial student here in Nigeria. Ur page has been very useful to my skills.. Thank u so much sir… I learnt a lot today the conclusion was fire… Don’t feel rush to buy an investment.’
Someone else said: ‘Thanks for the great info. Real estate is definitely very pricey right now. Since everything that goes up eventually comes back down, it makes sense to be patient and wait till it comes back down. No point overpaying.’
One fan said: ‘Good stuff. In a nutshell, getting a house is truly not an investment, but it’s cheaper to rent an apartment or a townhouse (condo)? Plus has more space…..Okay.@david.adefeso But how to one get into the business of investment? I.e AirB&B? I’m in the DFW area maybe I need to attend one of your conferences if you do have one in the area. Thank you! Learning a lot.’
