Isa Briones has some words for those going to see her in Just In Time on Broadway!
The 27-year-old The Pitt actress is currently starring in the Bobby Darin musical as Connie Francis, alongside Jeremy Jordan as Bobby. She just marked one month in the role this past Friday (May 1).
However, she recently took to her Instagram story to call out an audience member who yelled references to The Pitt while she was performing on stage.
“HEY HEY HEY! Once again, Broadway is not a circus,” Isa shared, via Deadline. “Do not yell whatever you want at the performers. Yelling ‘when are you going to finish your charts’ before I sing ‘Who’s Sorry Now’ is so f-cking disrespectful to the performers onstage and your fellow audience members. Y’all are pissin’ me off.”
“Love and light and please remember you are occupying shared spaces and watching art,” she added.
On Sunday evening (May 3), Isa reunited with her The Pitt co-star Patrick Ball at the 2026 Lucille Lortel Awards. He’s also currently starring on Broadway in the play Becky Shaw.
Other stars in attendance included Glee‘s Lea Michele and Kevin McHale, who are both currently starring in Broadway and off-Broadway musicals, Outstanding Lead Performer in a Play nominee John Krasinski and wife Emily Blunt, J Harrison Ghee, Alex Moffat, Jason Kravits and Alex Moffat.
FYI: Emily is wearing Stella McCartney with Hearts on Fire jewelry.
