An arrest has been made in the Mollie Tibbetts‘ case and the suspect has been charged with “murder in the first degree,” according to the arrest warrant obtained by RadarOnline.com.
The court documents dated August 21, 2018 revealed the gruesome details behind Tibbetts’ death, and state Cristhian Bahena Rivera was arrested for her death and remains in jail on $1,000,000 bond.
Rivera, a 5’6” 130-pound male born on June 11, 1994 led police to Tibbetts’ body that he left abandoned in a corn field.

The arrest warrant obtained by Radar stated Rivera’s offense was “having malice aforethought, willfully, deliberately, and with premeditation kill Mollie Cecelia Tibbetts.”
He is being held on $1,000,000 bail in jail.
As Radar previously reported, Tibbetts’ body was found in a rural area near her hometown of Brooklyn, Iowa.
