Kanye West ranted at another concert on Saturday, November 20. Kanye ranted against Jay Z and Beyonce, saying Beyonce demanded to win Video of the Year in order to perform at the MTV VMAs. Kanye told Jay Z to call him, because apparently, he hasn’t heard much from him.
