Kim Kardashian can feel a little safer at home now.
The 42-year-old reality star was granted a restraining order against a man who showed up at her house three times in August.
“(The man) claimed that I had been communicating with him telepathically,” Kim said in her court petition. She said that he “has also expressed increasing frustration that I have not responded to him.”

The man, Andre Persaud posted about Kim on social media and she said he “claimed that I had been communicating with him telepathically.”
Kim also said that the man attempted to reach her at her hotel during a recent trip to New York. She said she feared things might “escalate to physical violence,” because he claimed to own a gun. In light of that, the restraining order added the man cannot own, posses or buy any firearms and must surrender any he has to the police.
Kim was awarded a permanent five-year restraining order, ordering Persaud to stay at least 100 yards away from Kim and prohibiting him from contacting her directly or indirectly, according to documents obtained by Today. The restraining order was granted on December 5 by Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Adrian Gidaya Roxas.
Kim and Khloe Kardashian have been partying in Miami, hanging out with Serena Williams and Jonathan Cheban.
