KUWTK: Kris Jenner Opens Up About The Advice She Gave Daughter Kim Kardashian Amid Her Kanye West Divorce!

Like any other mother, especially one who’s experienced divorce herself as well, Kris Jenner had some advice for her daughter Kim Kardashian. As you know, Kim and Kanye West are currently in the process of making their separation legal!
While Kim has been through divorce before, this time is very different since she and the rapper share four kids together.
Obviously, this makes the separation much more difficult but thankfully, Kim Kardashian has her momager by her side every step of the way.
In a new interview for WSJ Magazine, Kris Jenner shared the advice she gave Kim about divorce when young ones are also involved.

I used to put everyone to bed, and I would then be upset or go to my room and then cry myself to sleep. But I did not want to have a pity party in front of my kids.’
Sure enough, when Kris divorced Robert Kardashian, Kim, Khloe, Kourtney and Rob were still really young so she felt like she had to protect them.
When she divorced Caitlyn Jenner in 2016, however, Kendall and Kylie were all grown up already so things might have been a bit different. ‘If you keep that in the front of your mind and know they are going to get you through, the love’s going to get you through, you know, no matter how much you are hurting.’
The matriarch admitted that divorce can be a bit ‘silly’ sometimes but focusing on the children instead of ‘unnecessary’ things, is a good idea.
This is not the first time Kris Jenner opens up about Kim and Kanye’s divorce.
She also talked about it while on The Kyle and Jackie O Show in March when she dished that ‘The good thing about our family is that we are there for each and we are supportive, and we love each other very, very much. All that I want is for [Kim and Kanye] to be happy. And I want the kids to be happy, so that’s the goal.’ Source
