I think the whole world is obsessed with everything Kardashian. But people seem to be extra curious about Kylie Jenner. Already the teen mom has bounced back to her pre-baby body and is looking better than ever. So what does Kylie actually do? How does she have those voluptuous hips and that tiny waist? Whether it’s plastic surgery or genetics and hard work, I guess we’ll never know for sure. But what we do know is that her fitness trainer Gunnar Peterson shared her workout routine with us, so you know what that means, right? I’ve gotta try it!

1) Dumbbell squats x 15
2) Single leg lunges x 15
3) Skater lunge x 15
4) Side lunges x 15
5) Stability ball leg curls x 15
6) Lat pulldowns x 15
7) Dumbbell rows x 15 ea
8) Dumbbell bicep curls x 15
9) Crunches x 25
10) Reverse crunches x 25
11) Ball throws x 25
12) Mountain Climbers x 60 sec
13) Plank x 90 sec
