Mark Wahlberg Is Excited For New Role That Requires Him To Gain A Lot Of Weight – Here’s How He Plans To Do It!

While talking about his role as a boxer-turned-priest in the movie ‘Father Stu,’ Mark Wahlberg opened up about how he plans to get ready to embody the character! Check out what the actor had to say!
As it turns out, Wahlberg needs to gain some weight for the role and he knows a fail-proof and rather enjoyable way to pack the pounds!
While on Jimmy Kimmel Live the other day, the star told the host that he plans ‘to go to Denny’s’ and get his calories from there!
He went on to explain that ‘After we do all the boxing scenes, I then get to put as much weight on as possible over the course of the film, so I am challenging myself to put thirty pounds on in the next 6 weeks. They want me to do this as healthy as possible and I am like ‘Dude, I have been on such a regimen for so long, I just want to eat everything in sight. I want to go bakeries, to go to Denny’s. I want to get pancakes….to get everything that I can possibly get my hands on.’
But that is not all! He actually wants his very first weight-gaining meal to come from another fast-food chain – KFC! ‘(I’ll hopefully start) with a twenty-piece chicken nugget and twenty-piece hot wings from Kentucky Fried Chicken with a six-pack of beer. Why not start with a bang? I might need a porta potty too, but you know what, I am ready to go,’ he said, excitedly.

The actor is obviously looking forward to his experience and who can blame him?
But since he is so well known for being fit, the transformation will definitely look quite drastic.
Mark normally makes headlines every time he is spotted by the cameras without a shirt on.
At 49 years old, he always impresses with his muscles and lean body. Source
