“Girl, you gotta rip the res,” or residue, a man’s voice is heard telling 20-year-old Jackson.

The aspiring model’s shocking onscreen antics come on the heels of several terrifying meltdowns that have left loved ones shaken.

“Paris’ family is still very worried about her wellbeing and her acting out because of all the press surrounding her dad,” a source told Radar.

As Radar reported, shortly after the HBO special Leaving Neverland aired a documentary containing more allegations her father sexually molested children, she went into a deep downward spiral.

On Mar. 16, Jackson reportedly attempted to take her own life. Though she denied she tried to commit suicide, a spokesperson from the L.A.P.D. told Radar at the time: “We can confirm that an ambulance attended a suicide attempt…in Los Angeles earlier today. The victim was transported to a local hospital.”

Three days later, Jackson met with her concerned cousin Tito Jackson and his wife for lunch in L.A.

“TJ used to be Paris’s guardian and he is one of the only ones that can get through to her,” a family insider told Radar at the time. “The whole family is just beside themselves right now.”

Unfortunately, whatever advice he may have given her, it may have fallen on deaf ears since Jackson has continued on her hard-partying streak, including attending an event the evening of the family intervention, where an eyewitness told Radar she “reeked of alcohol” and was acting oddly.
