2020 brings us back to the world of Shadowhunters and downworlders with Cassandra Clare’s newest installment in the mortal instrument universe, Chain of Gold. If you’re familiar with the franchise, then the names Will and Tessa will ring a bell. This novel will follow the children of Will and Tessa (James and Lucie) as they wind up on dark adventures through Edwardian London.
Chain of Gold is the first novel in Clare’s new trilogy called “The Last Hours.” According to Goodreads, the book will be published by Margaret K. McElderly Books on March 3, 2020, and will run for 544 pages.
