Science teacher reveals how much sugar is in canteen fizzy drinks

A teacher has revealed exactly how much sugar is in a soft drink which is sold at school canteens around Australia. Jacob Strickling, a science teacher from Green Point Christian College on the Central Coast of New South Wales, made the startling video to make parents aware of the amount of sugar these innocent drinks can hold. After burning a 600ml bottle of Creaming Soda drink on a bunsen burner, he found a whopping 50 grams of sugar were inside a 600ml Creaming Soda drink.
