Caitriona Balfe is celebrating her friend and co-star Sam Heughan on his birthday!

The 41-year-old Outlander actress took to both Instagram and Twitter to wish Sam a happy 41st birthday.

“Happy birthday to this ridiculous human…. I think this video sums it up pretty well..!!! Ha. May this year bring you all the great things you deserve …. ❤️❤️,” Caitriona wrote on Instagram with a super cute video.

On Twitter, Caitriona shared a photo of Sam showing off an injured leg while watching a game on his phone.

“Happy happy birthday to this legend of a man… May this year bring you all the health, happiness and success you deserve. Honoured to know you and so grateful I was lucky enough to get you as my work hubby … Much love Hoooohan xxxx,” she wrote in the post.

Cait realized she forgot to tag Sam in the original post and quote tweeted it to add his handle!
