Giuliana Rancic looked skeletal on the red carpet at the 20202 Oscars and RadarOnline.com has a gallery of her shocking look.
The E! host, 45, wore a sleeveless red Atelier Zurah dress that revealed her bony frame at the Academy Awards on Sunday, February 9.
Rancic’s shoulder bone was jutting out of her body-hugging gown as she interviewed celebrities on the red carpet.
“It was just fun and it was on the of the first dresses I tried on, that usually happens,” Rancic told Ryan Seacrest about her gown choice from the red carpet.
Last year Rancic announced that she was leaving E! News and would not be on the show when it moved from Los Angeles to New York.
She has worked throughout the award season, hitting up the red carpet for the Golden Globes and the Grammy Awards looking ultra-thin each time.
